Rules Of The Chiltern Youth Football League Knock-Out Cup
And Subsidiary Cup Competition
1. TheCompetition shall be called the Chiltern Youth Football League Cup and shall bedivided into Sections - Under 18, Under 17, Under 16, Under 15, Under 14, Under13, Under 12 and Under 11.
2. The EntranceFee will be included in the annual subscriptions
3. Themanagement and control of the competition shall be vested in the Chiltern YouthFootball League Management Committee, who shall have power to deal with allmatters not expressly covered in these Rules. At the beginning of every season, the Management Committee may
decidethe format of the League Cup which may include seeding.
4. LeagueRule 10 to apply.
5. Allmatches to be played under the Laws of the Game and in accordance with theregulations of the Football Association.
6. Theduration of play in the knock-out competition shall be:
Under18 and Under 17 - 90Minutes (45 minutes each way)
Under16 and Under 15 - 80 Minutes (40 minutes each way)
Under14 and Under 13 - 70 Minutes (35 minutes each way)
Under12 and Under 11 - 60 Minutes (30 minutes each way)
Theminimum time in all matches, except the Under 12 and Under 11 sections shall be
70minutes (35 minutes each way). If thescores are level at the end of normal time,
extra-timeshall be played.
Under18 and Under 17 - 30 Minutes (15 minutes each way)
Under16 and Under 15 - 20 Minutes (10 minutes each way)
Under14 and Under 13 - 20 Minutes (10 minutes each way)
Under12 and Under 11 - 20 Minutes (10 minutes each way)
7. In allmatches the Home Club shall be responsible for all match arrangements inconnection with the game.
8. Allties shall be played on grounds as determined by the Management Committee
Inall ties should the scores be level at the end of normal time, extra time asRule 6 shall be played.
Inall ties should the scores be level at the end of extra-time, the Tie shall bedecided by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in the manner laid down byF.I.F.A. for deciding matches.
9. Allplayers taking part in the Competition must be registered with the RegistrationSecretary.
Playerstaking part in the Semi-Final and Final matches must have played three gamesfor that Club in the Chiltern Youth Football League during the currentseason. A player having played for oneteam in one section is not eligible to play for another team in that sectionduring the current season.
Playersshall be permitted to play for one team only in one age-group only in theLeague Cup
Competition. They may not represent another team inanother age-group.
10. RESULTOF MATCH - League Rule No. 11 to apply

12. REFEREES - League Rule No. 13 to apply
TheLeague Referees Secretary shall appoint a Referee and Assistant Referees to allSemi-Final Ties. The cost of allOfficials (fee and expenses) in Semi-Final Ties shall be met equally by the twocompeting Clubs. Assistant Refereesshall only be appointed to Semi-Final Ties in Subsidiary Competitions at thediscretion of the Match and Referee Secretary. Final Referees and Assistant Referees shall be presented with suitablyinscribed mementoes.
13. SubsidiaryCup Competitions, if necessary, shall be arranged in a manner to be determined
bythe Management Committee
